Sourced from split firewood with grain or color too beautiful to burn, the wood is cut, shaped, carved and sanded by hand into each unique utensil for varkous cooking utilities. Finished with food-safe mineral oil, these can be used daily.
Spatula: good for cooking in shallow pans where lifting ingredients is needed such as cooking scrambled eggs and sautéing. Length 11” with 2” wide and ¼” thick blade
Paddle: good for stirring pasta and soups. Length 14” with 2” wide and ¼” thick paddle blade
Long Paddle: good for stirring pasta and thick sauces in deeper pots. Length 16” with 1 ¾” wide and ½” thick tapered paddle blade
