Sourced from split firewood with grain or color too beautiful to burn in our wood-burning stoves; the wood is cut, shaped, carved and sanded by hand into each unique utensil for various cooking needs. Finished with food-safe mineral oil, these can be used daily.
Spatula: good for cooking in shallow pans where lifting ingredients is needed such as cooking scrambled eggs and sautéing. Length 11” with 2” wide and ¼” thick blade
Paddle: good for stirring pasta and soups. Length 14” with 2” wide and ¼” thick paddle blade
Long Paddle: good for stirring pasta and thick sauces in deeper pots. Length 16” with 1 ¾” wide and ½” thick tapered paddle blade
